• Custom sofa orders require an initial advance deposit before production commences.
• In the event of an inadvertent pricing error on our website, Sofa Hub Chitwan reserves the right to cancel or reconfirm any affected orders.

We provide local delivery across Chitwan and surrounding regions. Estimated delivery timelines provided at checkout are estimates and may vary depending on weather, transit conditions, or manufacturing cycles.

Sofa Hub Chitwan stands behind the craftsmanship of its custom and standard furniture collections.

• Structural Warranty: Frames and inner cushioning hold structural warranties as detailed on individual product guarantee certificates.
• Exclusions: Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, fabric fading due to sunlight exposure, liquid spills, or accidental damage.
• Custom Order Returns: Custom-built furniture tailored to user specifications cannot be returned or refunded once production has commenced.
